By making a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Products

Lash School DK Aps offers both:

Physical products (e.g., lash products)

Digital products (e.g., online courses and guides)

Different terms apply depending on the type of product.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in DKK and include VAT.

Payment is made using approved payment methods at checkout.

The amount will be charged:

Physical goods: Shipped via GLS

Digital products: upon purchase (up to 48 hours)

4. Delivery – Physical Products

We ship to Denmark and selected EU countries.

Estimated delivery time:

Denmark: 1–3 business days via GLS, DAO, or Postnord

EU: 3–7 business days via UPS or DHL

The risk of the product passes to you upon delivery.

5. Delivery – Digital Products

Digital products are delivered immediately after completing your purchase and up to 48 hours later.

6. Right of withdrawal – physical goods

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your items.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns on glue unless it is defective.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal – digital products

When purchasing digital products, you consent to immediate delivery. You therefore accept that the right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has started.

8. Returns

Returns of physical goods must be sent at the customer's own expense to the following address: Lash School DK ApS, Skibsager 58, 2680 Solrød Strand

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return.

9. Complaints and warranty

A 2-year warranty on physical goods applies in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

In case of flaws or defects, please contact us along with documentation (such as photos).

Digital products are considered successfully delivered upon access, barring any technical issues.

10. Use of digital products

Digital products are for personal use only.

It is strictly prohibited to:

Violations may result in the revocation of access without a refund.
