Cancellation Policy:

A deposit is due upon registration on the website www.lashschool.dk and the remaining balance will be charged no later than 72 hours before the course date to the payment card you used.

You can cancel your course date entirely up to 4 weeks before the course starts and receive a full refund, including your deposit. This applies to the Pro and Master Programs starting from the date of your first Basic day.

Up to 3 weeks before the course starts, you can reschedule your date(s) at no charge, and your deposit will be carried over. This applies to the Pro and Master Programs starting from the date of your first Basic day. You can reschedule your program start date by up to 2 consecutive months. After the second time, you can no longer postpone the date any further into the future, and you will receive your diploma for the portion of the program you have completed, at which point your program will be concluded. If you have not completed any part of your program, Lash School cannot compensate you for any financial loss incurred in this regard.

We reserve the right to choose the dates for the training sessions and cannot guarantee a specific date for you.

If you reschedule your dates after 3 weeks and up to 72 hours before the course date, you will be charged the existing deposit and must book a new date with a new deposit.

If you cancel completely less than 72 hours before the course starts, you will be charged the full amount.

The last two points are because we are unable to fill your spot on such short notice. If there are fewer than 2 students in a class, we reserve the right to reschedule the class on short notice.

Up to 3 weeks before the course begins, you may reschedule your date(s) free of charge, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date. For the Pro and Master courses, this applies relative to the date of your first “Basic” training day. You may postpone your training start date by up to 3 consecutive months. After the third rescheduling, you can no longer postpone the date; you will receive a diploma for the portion of the training you have completed, and your course enrollment will be concluded. Lash School does not provide compensation for any financial loss incurred in this regard. We reserve the right to determine training dates and cannot guarantee a specific date for you.

If you reschedule your dates within 3 weeks and up to 72 hours before the scheduled course date, you will be charged the deposit amount, and you must book a new date and pay a new deposit.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your items.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns on glue unless it is defective.

Returns:

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Returns of physical goods must be sent at your own expense to the following address: Lash School DK, Vestergade 44, 4600 Køge.

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and approve your return.

Complaints/Claims:

A 2-year warranty on physical goods applies in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

In case of flaws or defects, please contact us along with documentation (such as photos).

Digital products are considered to have been delivered properly upon access, unless there are technical errors. The purchase of a digital product is binding, and returns are not accepted after delivery.
